Meet the Team
Experienced entrepreneur, graduated with a master’s in Public Administration from the University of South Florida and a bachelor’s of Science in Public Policy and Administration from St. Petersburg College. Prior to founding ADCS, Mr. Haidara was a businessowner known as Entreprise Malienne de Prestation de Services.
As a student at St. Petersburg College, Mr. Haidara proposed a pilot scheme in his capstone project that would provide breakfast, lunch, and a take home meal to Timbuktu schoolchildren in order to evaluate the impact of proper nutrition for attendance, academic achievement, and retention in the education system. In addition, Mr. Haidara's interested in public service and how he can help Mali to create strong institutions.

Mr. Haidara enjoys reading philosophy, literature and science fiction books.
Mami Haoua Toure
Director of Operations
Graduated in Finance and Accounting from the Institut Universitaire de Gestion, Bamako Mali. Before joining ADCS, she worked at the National Institute for Social Security (INPS) and the Timbuktu Regional Treasury. Mrs. Toure is married and has two children. She is a member of Association des Anciennes Basketteuses de Tombouctou.
Graduated with a master's in Private Law from the Faculty des Sciences Juridique et Politiques de Bamako, Mali. She brought years of experience and skills to the forefront in helping our organization grow and succeed. She worked for Care International and numerous national non-profit organizations in Timbuktu. Mrs. Haidara is married and has two daughters.
Abdalla Ag Abass
Assistant Project Manager
Continuing University Education in Timbuktu. He worked on a number of projects related to community development and peace. During the 2012 conflict, he flee to Mauritania with his family where they stayed in a refugee camp before returning to Timbuktu. He's also an assistant high school teacher. He enjoys reading, photography and soccer.
